Monitor Your Mind and Body
Track your stress levels through quick heart rate and HRV measurements, or sync data directly from your Apple Watch. The app analyzes your readings, sleep, and activity to give you a clear picture of your daily balance and overall well-being.

Welcome to Stress Monitor
Discover how your heart rate, sleep, and activity reveal patterns in your stress and recovery. Let's set things up to help you stay balanced every day.

Today Tab
The Today tab gives users a quick, visual overview of their daily stress patterns. A calendar at the top lets you switch between days to compare how stress levels change over time. At the center, a silhouette is surrounded by a color aura that shifts from green to orange to red — representing low, moderate, and high stress.

Below, a detailed graph shows how stress fluctuated throughout the day, complemented by a daily log with stress measurements, activity, and sleep cards for deeper insight.

Learn What Affects Your Stress
The info screen helps users understand how heart rate, HRV, sleep, and daily activity influence their stress levels, offering practical tips and short explanations for better self-awareness.
Measuring Your Stress
Before the first reading, users are guided through simple onboarding screens that explain how the process works. During measurement, the app walks through each step — from calibration and heart rate analysis to HRV measurement and final result preparation.

Your Stress Results
After the measurement, users see their current stress level alongside pulse and HRV data. They can also add tags to describe context — like mood, activity, or time of day — making it easier to spot patterns and understand what influences their stress over time.
